My (Early) 2012 NBA Post-Lottery Mock Draft

I could start this off by talking about how the idiots out there are acting like it's such a conspiracy that the team with the fourth best odds -- and, even then, just one fewer chance than the team with the third best odds -- ended up winning the 2012 NBA Draft Lottery but I'll leave that for another place and time. Well, maybe not another place but definitely another time. For those that don't know, I follow the NBA Draft throughout the year and actually updated the potential 2012 NBA Draft order after play each day. I kept it up to date and always do a big board to rate guys on how I view them. No, I don't get paid for it. Yes, I wish I did. Either way, I still plan on doing stuff like this until I (a) either get too bored or (b) can't take it anymore. So, with that said, here is my initial 2012 NBA Post-Lottery Mock Draft. And we'll start it off, of course, with the team that defied the odds ... so to speak.

.) New Orleans Hornets | Anthony Davis, PF, Kentucky

.) Charlotte Bobcats | Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, SF, Kentucky

.) Washington Wizards | Bradley Beal, SG, Florida

.) Cleveland Cavaliers | Harrison Barnes, SF, North Carolina

.) Sacramento Kings | Thomas Robinson, PF, Kansas

.) Portland Trail Blazers (from Brooklyn) | Damian Lillard, PG, Weber State

.) New Orleans Hornets (from Minnesota) | Austin Rivers, G, Duke

.) Portland Trail Blazers | Tyler Zeller, C, North Carolina

.) Milwaukee Bucks | Jared Sullinger, PF, Ohio State

.) Phoenix Suns | Perry Jones III, F, Baylor

.) Houston Rockets | Terrence Ross, SG, Washington

.) Philadelphia 76ers | John Henson, PF, North Carolina

.) Houston Rockets (from New York) | Meyers Leonard, C, Illinois

.) Dallas Mavericks | Kendall Marshall, PG, North Carolina

.) Minnesota Timberwolves (from Utah) | Royce White, SF, Iowa State

.) Orlando Magic | Marquis Teague, PG, Kentucky

.) Denver Nuggets | Terrence Jones, F, Kentucky

.) Boston Celtics | Arnett Moultrie, PF, Mississippi State

.) Boston Celtics (from LA Clippers) | Orlando Johnson, SG, UC Santa Barbara

.) Atlanta Hawks | Fab Melo, C, Syracuse

.) Cleveland Cavaliers (from LA Lakers) | Moe Harkless, SF, St. John's

.) Memphis Grizzlies | Quincy Miller, SF, Baylor

.) Indiana Pacers | Tony Wroten Jr., PG, Washington

.) Miami Heat | Festus Ezeli, C, Vanderbilt

.) Oklahoma City Thunder | Andrew Nicholson, PF, St. Bonaventure

.) Chicago Bulls | Jeff Taylor, SF, Vanderbilt

.) Golden State Warriors (from San Antonio) | Draymond Green, SF, Michigan State

That's what I got right now. I almost started to do a 2nd round on top of this but I figured that'd be too much so that is that. Comments, questions, whatever. I'll answer if anyone asks anything. I could have also put trades that I think will happen in here but I didn't want to make things so convoluted for people that they would have gotten lost trying to understand what happened so I just went with what the draft order is right now.
