There is a lot of CAT and MOUSE and mind games that goes with being a GM!! Try to hide your hand, deceive if necessary, show your hand if necessary. It dawned on me what the GM Olshey already must know!! Even though it is in the future,how many GM's of other teams are drooling at the Prospect of Stealing BG from the CLIPS!! How many Franchises must be jealous of the CLIPS good fortune!! I remember reading a pre-draft article where Bill Simmons was telling BG to run from the CLIPS!! Knowing he is a true CELTIC fan would you put it past him to plot to have BG go over to the CELTICS? I wouldn't!! The side that fascinates me with being a GM,is the Plotting and Maneuvering that goes on!! Much like a chess game!! Try to feign disinterest!! Befriend someone while having Ulterior motives!! How smart do you have to be to be a GM? Protect your interest's from your opponents!! Would that include influence from media? YES!! WOW!! So you want to be a GM? You had better be pretty dam smart!! and pretty dam savvy!! I would say that one of OLSHEY'S biggest jobs right now is protecting his biggest Asset and that is BLAKE GRIFFIN!!
