According the Marc Stein, the NBA league office says Serge Ibaka escaped a suspension because he was aiming at Griffin's arm which was pulled away. What replay were they watching?

Ibaka won't be suspended and I am confused

Serge Ibaka received a $25,000 fine but no suspension for Sunday's cheap shot on Blake Griffin Sunday, but how the NBA justifies the decision in light of other suspensions issued this season is beyond me.

Ibaka's flagrant foul: seemed excessive to me

The definition of a category 2 flagrant foul is "unnecessary and excessive" but apparently the refs at the Clippers-Thunder game saw nothing excessive in what Serge Ibaka did to Blake Griffin.

Thunder lose lead but win game, 108-104

After a first half in which they turned the ball over 15 times and missed a series of wide open jumpers, the Clippers overcame a 19 point second half deficit to take the lead in the final minutes, but fell just short of the Thunder in the end.
