According to Adrian Wojnarowski, the Clippers and Celtics will resume discussions on a potential trade tomorrow morning.

Right now, it sounds like the basic bones of the deal are intact. The Clippers are giving up DeAndre Jordan and a first rounder, while the Celtics are giving up Garnett and Doc Rivers.
The argument is regarding how the pieces will fall around them. Eric Bledsoe seems to be clearly off the table at this point. The Celtics want the Clippers to take back contracts, but it is unclear what players.
The contracts in question are Jason Terry (2 years/10.675M remaining) and Courtney Lee (3 years/16.35M remaining). Lee is obviously more desirable from the Clippers perspective as a player, but Gary Sacks could be unwilling to take on extra salary at all. It's also possible that the Celtics are trying to force both deals on the Clippers.
