Poll: Ainge v. Sacks. Who Came on Top in the Doc Rivers Deal?

The nightmare is finally over. It started innocently enough, but spiraled out of control as rumors, speculations, and sometimes outright lies from the print and social media competed for our attention:

DJ, Bled, 2 first-round picks for Doc and Garnett.

then...

DJ, 2 first-round picks, and inflated contracts for Doc and Garnett.

then...

2 first-round picks for Doc only.

then...

2014 unprotected first-round pick for Doc only.

finally...

2015 first-round pick for Doc.

Ultimately, I think the Celts wanted a 2014 first round pick, and the Clips were willing to part with their 2013 first rounder.

Clippers finally gave away, and the Celts accepted, an unprotected 2015 first round pick. Given that the pick will probably end up in the 25-30 range of the first round of a draft not nearly as deep as the 2014 draft, you would think that the Clips got their way. At the end of the day, though, was Doc Rivers even worth a first round pick?
