I'm Going to ROCK the Boat!!!!

Dear Clippers fans,

As the trade deadline approaches and there are a thousand rumours flying around, I'm going to propose a trade. It's a 3 way deal involving the Clips, Pelicans and Pistons. Here goes the trade ideas and the reasons behind it:

Pistons receive: Eric Gordon, Reggie Bullock - Gordon is a flat out scorer and a legit threat from 3. Going to get plenty of looks with Drummond and Smith playing the 4 and 5. Reggie gives them a nice young and cheap 3 and D guy for the future.

Pelicans receive: DeAndre Jordan (possible draft pick or 2 in the future) - Gives Davis a chance to move to the PF spot. Also allows Davis to become the focal point of the offense and gives the Pels the best interior D in the game.

Clippers receive: Greg Monroe, Charlie Villanueva - Clippers get a scoring big man who is big enough to play against the bigger C's in the West (and maybe even Hibbert??). Can be a post threat and allow BG to operate more from the high post where he is more effective as both a scorer and distributor. Charlie V can play the same role that Jamison has only hopefully better or can be turned into a back up C via another trade.
