2 out of 3 ain't bad but....

Hello Clippers fans everywhere. If you're like me you're pretty happy with what we've been able to achieve so far. Let's be honest. We didn't sign Melo, LBJ and every other top notch free agent (mostly because we're NOT Fakers fans) but with what we had to work with and what we needed, we've done Ok.

Firstly, I said we've got 2 out of 3. I (and I believe most Clips fans) felt we needed 3 things this off-season.

1. Back-up Big: Spencer Hawes - Love this dude. wanted to trade for him last year. Glad we didn't because we got him for a bargain anyway.

2. Back-up PG: Jordan Farmar - Ok. Dude is a Laker through and through. But if we can get over that (it may take a while) I think he's a reasonable option. Different skill set to DC but I believe he does fit out "system" better. Time will tell?

3. Starting 3: ????? - Here's where we are struggling. We've got about $2.50 in loose change to spend and want to hire a starting quality 3 man? I could be wrong but sign and trade is the only option we have (assuming SH takes the MLE and JF takes the BAE).

So, what options do we have? I'm going to suggest who I think are our best trade assets. And then a few options we could look at.

Trade Assets: Crawford, Barnes, Bullock, Wilcox. I don't name anyone else because right now these guys are expendable (imo).

Targets: Deng, Turner, Kidd-Gilchrist, Ariza, Tucker....plus others.

I'm just here to start the conversation but will be happy to add my opinion to. Let's Go Fans!!!
