If you are quoting something you found elsewhere on the web, make that clear, always include a link, and never copy an entire piece. It's fine to excerpt and it is encouraged - but ClipperSteve doesn't want someone else's entire posts copied to this site any more than he wants his posts copied elsewhere.

A good way to indicate an excerpt is using the block quote feature.

No swearing, please. Steve will drop the very occasional F-bomb if the situation calls for it, but by and large we want to keep this PG-13.
