Orlando, FL (Sports Network) - Orlando Magic guard Jameer Nelson left Monday's 108-101 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks late in the second quarter with a strained right groin.
It is unclear when the fifth-year player sustained the injury, but with 1:15 left in the half Nelson headed for the locker room and did not return.
The 6-foot, 190-pound Nelson, who helped guide Saint Joseph's University to a perfect 27-0 record and an Elite Eight appearance in the 2004 season, is listed as day-to-day.
