We'll Miss You, Lindsay!

Sure, the team needs a point guard.  And although it was a less than ideal solution, many citizens were hoping that free agent Steve Francis would reunite with his pal Cat Mobley and then regain his lost all star form.  Alas and alack, we found out today that it was not meant to be, when Francis instead signed with the Houston Rockets.

Then came the really bad news.

Lindsay will not be returning to the Clipper Spirit.  An innocent announcement on the web site.  An email to e-subscribers.  They tried to sugar coat it.  "Shannon, Taylor, Kristin, Harmony, Whitney, Ashley and Lynae" are back.  That's great.  I love them all (especially Taylor.)  

BUT WHERE IS LINDSAY?  DID THEY THINK WE WOULDN'T NOTICE?  DID THEY THINK THEY COULD SLIP THAT ONE PAST US?

The organization's one and only representative at the 2007 All Star Weekend, gone.  I didn't even know she was a free agent!  I bet they made her a low ball offer, trying to save a couple bucks.  Just like the Clippers...
