According to Clippers.com, Grant Hill is a game-time decision to make his Clippers debut against the Magic with a bone bruise on his right knee.
Hill has been doing drills with the team since December, and he has had been participating in full practices for over a week.
Clippers head coach Vinny Del Negro, who is already balancing Willie Green, Jamal Crawford, Caron Butler, and Matt Barnes on the wing, said that he will be able to find minutes for Hill, saying that the 40-year-old "can play four positions".
Clippers All-NBA PF Blake Griffin on Grant Hill: "He brings another perimeter defender and obviously veteran leadership, somebody that can kind of remain calm and be kind of a coach on the floor for us."
According to Clippers.com, the only other players on the team's official injury report are Chauncey Billups (left foot peroneal tendinitis- I never thought I would know how to spell peroneal without having to check every time, but here we are) and Trey Thompkins (left knee bone bruise), who are both out for tomorrow's game.
Billups, who came back from an Achilles tear to play in three games in November before being hurt again, could return soon. Vinny Del Negro said today, "I think the early part of next week maye [Billups will] start conditioning and doing stuff."
There is still no update regarding Trey Thompkins' health.
