NBA Playoff threads: trying something new

As you know, we've been posting open threads here are Clips Nation during other NBA Playoff games. That way, citizens of Clips Nation can watch the game and chat with other NBA fans while they are watching. Tonight we're going to try something a little different. Instead of posting a thread here at Clips Nation, the SBNation Pistons site, Detroit Bad Boys, will host a common thread for NBA fans across the entire network. When the Clippers are playing, of course we'll have an open thread for those games here -- but when the Clippers aren't playing, we're going to try this common thread experiment for a bit and see how it goes.

This could be a great thing, or it could be a waste of time. It could be like a party where lots of strangers get together and get to know each other, or it could be like a party where lots of strangers get together and get into drunken fights. We'll see.

One thing to remember though -- if I'm sending you to Detroit Bad Boys, you are a guest there and your behavior reflects on me. Do not embarrass me. I know the folks who are likely to participate in this playoff thread, and I can honestly say I'm not concerned, but please do bear in mind that you are representing Clips Nation.
