Clippers going after big names for the head coach position

According to Ken Berger of CBSSports, aside from the usual names already mentioned (Alvin Gentry, Byron Scott and Nate McMillan), the Los Angeles Clippers are now setting their sights on two big-time coaches: Stan and Jeff Van Gundy.

Per the CBSSports report:

Before fully opening their search, however, the Clippers are said to be "going for big names first," according to a person with knowledge of their plan. Those include Jeff and Stan Van Gundy, Pacers assistant Brian Shaw and Grizzlies coach Lionel Hollins, the person said.

Given the recent reports that Stan Van Gundy will not coach next season and Jeff Van Gundy has not commented on any coaching vacancies (as pointed out by Ken), could it mean the Clippers' FO has been in contact with them?

What are your thoughts, Clipper Nation?
