For the 2014-2015 NBA season, Clips Nation will be bringing you weekly fantasy basketball columns featuring SB Nation partner FanDuel. FanDuel is a fantasy sports website that offers cash prizes for both daily and weekly contests. Check this out:

There's also a handy Beginner's Guide, if you're wondering how and where to start.

Each week, right here, we'll talk fantasy. Which Clippers are hot and which are not? Which Clipper opponents provide for tasty matchups? How can you adapt your standard fantasy strategy to the FanDuel format? Why are you in last place? Why did you trade Blake Griffin to the 10-year-old kid next door?

I'm new to this format, and I'm assuming many of you are too. But I love fantasy, and I'm genuinely intrigued by a site that allows me to float in and out of competition, as opposed to grinding through a season-long commitment. As this season progresses, we'll try to get some daily tournaments together to give you all a chance to compete against your fellow citizens of Clips Nation. If you're interested, sign up, and we'll learn this thing together.

Disclaimer: Even though this is a sponsored post with affiliate links, all of the opinions in this post are my own. And as an FYI, FanDuel gave me some cash to play its daily fantasy games.
