Bummed you can’t be at Staples Center tonight to watch the Clippers take on the Spurs? Don’t worry—you are not alone and we got you covered. Fanvana has recently launched a mobile app (optimized for iOS 8.0 and up) that provides you with a real-time social discovery experience tailored to your team loyalties (Go Clippers!). Fanvana was designed to be a one-stop shop for fans who live far away from their favorite teams because, let’s face it, there are a lot of us—especially since the Clippers are based in one of the largest NBA markets!

Here are some of the cool features that Fanvana has, just in time for the Clippers NBA Playoff debut:

Fanvana is fan + nirvana and it emphasizes the fan voice. It does not matter how many followers you have or how many of your friends like the Clippers. All content on the app is fan-generated and posts disappear after 24 hours to keep things fresh and relevant. Fanvana has created an interesting social platform that highlights social discovery through use of locations, trending and real-time scores and stats. The app allows you to start meaningful discussions about topics you care about with other fans like you. You should give it a try for tonight’s game—Clippers Nation could have some more representation on the platform. It has a few too many Spurs and Warriors fans for our liking, and they need to be put in their places.

Here is a link to the App Store. For those of you using Android, you can sign up here to be notified as soon as it is ready!
