Nikoloz Tskitishvili -- former No. 5 pick in 2002 -- has signed a deal with the Los Angeles Clippers, league source tells Yahoo Sports.

Tskitishvili hasn't played in the NBA since 2006 with the Phoenix Suns. The deal is similar to the one that Chuck Hayes signed with the Clippers, a non-guaranteed, 1 year deal. It will be a long shot for Tskitishvili to make the team, but there is little to no risk in this signing, other than owner Steve Ballmer lossing a very little amount of money.
Since leaving the NBA in 2006, he has spent time all across Europe and the Middle-East, most recently with Champville of the Lebanese Basketball League.
