Doc Rivers suggests Paul Pierce wanted to sign with one of two teams: Los Angeles Clippers or Boston Celtics | masslive.com

"I think he wanted to go one of two places," said Rivers. Standing inside the TD Garden, the Clippers head coach continued, "He wanted to come back here or he wanted to finish his career at home where he grew up, and I think it's really cool for me that I can be a part of that."

This answers the question of why the Clippers signed Chuck Hayes, when there had been rumored mutual interest between Big Baby and the Clippers all off-season to bring him back to the team. Look for Big Baby to be a possible mid-season signing, probably corresponding with a Jamal Crawford plus filler trade that might open up a spot or two on the Clippers roster.

Ice Cube's son O'Shea Jackson Jr. upset about Kobe Bryant's NBA 2K16 rating, disses Clippers | FOX Sports

Excuse me while I wipe the tears from the eyes of all Clippers fans. We are so sad that you, Ice Cube Jr. are not a Clippers fan. We wish we could have you and all your accomplishments on our side, instead of the Lakers. Oh, wait, I was reading O'Shea Jackson Sr.'s Wikipedia page. All you have accomplished is portraying your dad in a movie, and rapped on a few songs, with your father. Never mind. Go ahead and keep supporting the Purple and Gold, and believing that as long as Kobe wears the "golden jersey", you O'Shea Jackson Jr. will win a championship. I'm sure Kobe will give you his ring. As for me, I will keep cheering on the "Blakers" and will be really excited when they win a championship.
