The LA Clippers, through the Clippers Foundation and the various foundations that individual players operate, have earned a reputation for being very connected to the community.
It is, therefore, no surprise to see that even one of the newest Clippers, Mo Speights, is already out in the Los Angeles Community trying to help those in need:

The Clippers have worked with the Salvation Army before, so this is just a case of the usual suspects teaming up to help out the South Los Angeles Community.
