Jay Z Wasn't Impressed With Chris Paul's Play-Calling Last Night

Unlike the Brooklyn Nets defense, Jay Z wasn't duped by Chris Paul's redundant, late-game play-calls that put the game out of reach.

Not to be overshadowed by LA's new biggest star in town (Chuck the Condor, of course), Jay Z provided us with a bit more entertainment as he chided Chris Paul for running suspiciously similar pick and rolls again and again down the stretch of the Clippers' 105-95 win over the Nets. In CP's defense, the play yielded an open layup followed by three huge DeAndre Jordan alley-oops (all very impressive, even if they couldn't quite top Steve Ballmer's emphatic halftime show throwdown). Like they say, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Credit Jay for picking up on the play-call. Of his 99 problems, it doesn't appear that basketball IQ is one. In fact, maybe the Nets could use his help. Wait a second...
