We, as fans, like to think that we are part of our favorite teams. Through the increased ability to follow players and teams so closely, it is easy to feel like we are "one of the guys" in the locker room. But our attention is often too focused on the stars of a team, rather than appreciating the guys who do the dirty work and come with great attitudes.
In the case of the Clippers, our attention is often focused around Chris Paul, DeAndre Jordan, and Blake Griffin. This is not necessarily a bad thing, since they are, in fact, worthy of our attention. But by having such a narrow scope, we are susceptible to overlooking the "glue guys" that keep the team working as one -- guys like Luc Mbah a Moute.
Much like Matt Barnes of former Clippers teams, Luc has made an impact on the floor as a defensive stopper. But, according to Ben Bolch of the Los Angeles Times, his impact does not stop there. Rather, he has forged his way as one of the teams' most popular teammates:
Really feeling after tonight that Luc Mbah a Moute, if not most popular among Clippers teammates, is easily in the top three.

Bolch made this observation at the red carpet of a Cedars-Sinai event in Westwood that many Clippers players attended. Apparently, Luc was praised by his teammates throughout the night, especially as it pertained to his outfit. Wearing a hat and some black shades, he won the vote of "best dressed" by many of his teammates and even the head coach:
Doc Rivers on best-dressed Clipper: "J.J. thinks he’s the best dresser, but I’m going with Luc for sure."
