Sometime between all the draft coverage and free agent rumors, news of Ralph Lawler making it into the California Sports Hall of Fame somehow got overshadowed.
Regardless, we here at Clips Nation would like to celebrate the voice which introduced us to our favorite team by way of television broadcasts.

Jim Alexander of the Daily Bulletin provides the context for the award and with whom Lawler will be entering the Hall.
The organization, based in Rancho Cucamonga, will induct its 10th class Sunday evening at the Morongo Casino Resort and Spa, near Cabazon. The seven inductees to be honored this year are distinguished enough: Pro football Hall of Famer Ronnie Lott, International Tennis Hall of Famer Lindsay Davenport, Dodgers legend Fernando Valenzuela, former NFL running back Christian Okoye, Clippers voice Ralph Lawler, Kings analyst Jim Fox and the father of Tommy John surgery, the late Dr. Frank Jobe. -- Jim Alexander, Daily Bulletin
And, again, congratulations, Ralph Lawler!
