Brice Johnson could be making his NBA debut after missing the Clippers’ first 56 games with an acute herniated disc in his lower back. He is on the active roster tonight for the first time this season, but it isn’t clear if he will play or not.
Clippers rookie Brice Johnson active for first ever pro game tonight vs Warriors. Had been out all season with back injury

Johnson doesn’t figure to be a part of Doc Rivers’ rotation, with the Clippers’ three main big men healthy, but he could play in garbage time. Against the Warriors, it’s entirely possible that the Clippers will be giving run to the third string by the fourth quarter.
What’s good, though, is that Brice is healthy, whether he plays or not. It’s definitely been frustrating for the Clippers to have to wait almost the entire season to see their first-round pick from last year’s draft in action.
