The Clippers tied the series at 3-3 in a wild finish to Game 6. DeAndre Jordan turned his game around after a poor start, Chris Paul was terrific outside of a couple slip ups at the end, and the Clippers got strong contributions from most of their role players. In other words, the Clippers played quite well, especially on the defensive end, and that play has enabled them to move to the second round at home in Los Angeles.
This won’t be an easy win. I still think the Jazz are the more talented team with Blake Griffin out, and they are hungry for a series win. The Clippers need to play hard, and absolutely must defend well. Let’s hope they pull this one out.
