Here’s my overall outlook on the NBA draft. The tiers are pretty self-explanatory, I hope, though there is some range to them (Tier 3 players, for example, have a floor of solid role player, a median outlook of good starter, and the upside of multiple All Star appearances). The players in each tier are ranked as well, though their positions in-tier are far more dependent on which team they get drafted to.
