Former Clipper Chauncey Billups has been busy since retiring from the NBA, with activities ranging from working on television for ESPN to his won charitable activities. But Billups doesn’t seem to feel busy enough, since he has been weighing, and negotiating, the opportunity to join an NBA front office, while also deciding when he will join the 3-on-3 league he helped put together.
As of last week, there were still rumors about Billups potentially replacing David Griffin as General Manager of the Cleveland Cavaliers. But, at the moment, those talks seem to be on hold, prompting Chauncey to return to the court in the BIG3 League.
Chauncey Billups is expected to make his @thebig3 debut Sunday at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, I'm told.

Billups is the Captain of the “Killer 3s” — and the rest of the team shapes up like this (from big3.com):

A few participants, including former Clipper Corey Maggette, got hurt in the first week of competition, so it will be interesting to see how Billups decides to play. He has always been a great shooter, so he might be better suited for this type of competition than Maggette, who was always an athletically gift player and relied on it.
