According to Eurohoops.net, a site of dubious legitimacy, the Clippers are in discussions to use their mid-level exception on Serbian guard Milos Teodosic. Clips Nation can confirm the Clippers’ interest in Teodosic but not necessarily all of the details in Eurohoops’ report.

Teodosic is one of Europe’s most coveted players, a 30-year-old 6’5” guard who averaged 16 points, 7 assists, and 2 rebounds per game for CSKA Moscow. He’s a career 38% three-point shooter.
The rumored price range is three years and $24 million, which would involve the Clippers’ mid-level exception. The full three-year value of the exception is $26.5 million. While it’s possible that the report is inaccurate, it’s also possible that the Clippers negotiated a slight discount on the full mid-level as they attempt to avoid the luxury tax.
