The Clippers’ new starting small forward, Danilo Gallinari, is not shy about his feelings on where he and his teammates- Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan- rank in terms of frontcourts in the NBA. He thinks they are the best. And not just a couched “yeah we are up there”, but a “Number 1. No doubt”.
If the trio is healthy, Clippers’ fans certainly have hopes that they can form a potent combination. Griffin and Jordan are All-NBA level talents, and Gallinari has been close to All Star status a couple of seasons. Right now, Gallinari says he is ready to go, and Blake has also apparently recovered from his offseason surgery. If all goes according to plan, Clippers’ fans should see Gallinari with his new teammates in action in around a week.
Keep your seatbelts fastened Clippers’ fans, because Clipper season has officially arrived!
