The Clippers elected to use a rotating cast of analysts this season to pair with Ralph Lawler in the legendary broadcaster’s final season. Thus far, former Clipper Corey Maggette has been Lawler’s primary partner while Don MacLean and Ryan Hollins have also had spot duty.
The star power will increase tremendously on January 31, when the world’s most famous Clipper fan, Billy Crystal, will join Lawler to call the team’s game against the Los Angeles Lakers.
: @BillyCrystal has landed his next role … in the booth with @Ohmeomy.

Coming to FOX Sports Prime Ticket January 2019.
Lawler and Crystal were both incredibly complimentary of each other, with Lawler deeming it an “honor” to be joined by a great longtime fan, and Crystal calling Lawler “a fantastic broadcaster and a wonderful man”.
Crystal, ever the comedian, predictably had some jokes about his new role. He told Variety he might have trouble matching Lawler’s famous catchphrases because Crystal’s are all in Yiddish. He also suggested if the gig goes well, he might have a new career path.
In the same release, the Clippers also confirmed that Mike Fratello will be the analyst for Fox Sports Prime Ticket’s broadcast in Miami on January 23. Hubie Brown will be taking his place next to Lawler in New York on March 24. There is still no word on when Cheryl Miller and Bill Walton will be taking their turn in the Clippers booth.
