Same Old Clippers: Are Clippers’ Blown Leads Cause for Concern?

Rob and Louis chat about the Clippers’ defeats at the hands of the Rockets and Thunder and discuss whether their continued loss of leads late in games is something to be worried about.

The Clippers are 22-10, but have dropped three of their last five games, including two blown leads late to the Thunder and Rockets. Louis and Rob are back to discuss the Clippers’ recent struggles, including whether or not a trade could help relieve some of their issues. The two then preview the Clippers’ Christmas Day game against the Lakers and tangent into the dichotomy in the NBA between regular season game importance and the relatively minute impact of any one game in an 82 game schedule. Finally, they discuss former Clipper Blake Griffin and his horrendous start to the 2020 season.
