It’s the final preseason game tonight. After seeing the first few games, maybe the Clippers could use a few more of ‘em. They’re 0-2 so far, with the Jazz sitting at 2-0. Records mean absolutely nothing in the preseason. What’s important is staying healthy and continuing to build chemistry.

The Clippers are coming off back-to-back losses to the Lakers, with their last loss coming by 25 points. No starter played more than 21 minutes as the Clippers rotated through different rotations and bench pieces. Seventeen different players saw action for LA. We won’t see as many tonight, as the Clippers made some roster cuts the other day.

The Jazz, who return the same starting five and head coach in 2020, don’t have to worry about building as much chemistry in the preseason. All five of their starters played at least 25 minutes in their last game, and I expect all the starters to see significant minutes tonight.

This could be a potential playoff matchup later down the road, so it’ll be exciting to see how these two teams match up this evening. Again, it’s the preseason so no need to overreact to the game tonight. However, it is the final exhibition before they begin the regular season against the Lakers on Dec. 22.
